Continue to the former royal temple, Wat Prakeo, which once housed the famous Emerald Buddha. Capture stunning photos of the Patuxay Monument, a symbol of national pride, on your way to That Luang Stupa, the most important religious structure in Laos.
In the afternoon, head to Buddha Park, an enchanting meadow filled with over 200 sculptures of Buddhist and Hindu deities, created by a visionary monk. Conclude your day with a spectacular sunset view over the Mekong River. Overnight in Vientiane. (Breakfast included)
